3. Multi-Signature Recovery & Dead-Man's Switch: Prevents key loss and ensures smooth two-step estate inheritance via timelocked execution.

§ 4. The Genesis Pioneer Ingress

During the sovereign pre-launch epoch, exactly ONE frontier AI laboratory (Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Mistral, or Meta) can claim the singular Genesis Pioneer Slot. Upon countdown expiration, strict decentralized First-Come, First-Served (FIFO) mempool rules apply without enterprise privileges.
